A Series Of Coincidences, Uninterpreted

This is not my typical content. So it would actually mean a lot to me, if you didn’t skip over it because I want to share a series of coincidences and leave the interpretation to you.

On my lunch break, it was a nice cloudy 69 degrees, so before eating, I wanted to sit outside and read. Unfortunately, I don’t pray a lot before I open the Bible to just read and not study. But today, I did. I prayed that if the Lord wanted to share something with me today, to please do so. I am reading in Proverbs (OT), Mark (NT), and 1 Samuel (OT). I read my daily Proverb this morning. As a side note, reading Proverbs 7 with your 12-year old son, that is whole different story.

So, in my head I was bouncing back and forth on which to read. Then, I thought, if I want to hear Jesus, go to where the red letters are. I opened to Mark 14 where I left off, but was led to go back to Mark 13, then DC Talk’s “I’d Wish We’d All Been Ready” came on my shuffled playlist. (Honestly, the order could be flipped, I am not really sure.) When I got to Mark 13:3, the title is “Signs of the End of the Age”. I thought, ‘huh, that is a lot of coincidences, I should share this with my wife’.

So, I took out my phone and took a screenshot and at that exact moment, I get a notification from CBN entitled “From Tehran to Tel Aviv, Middle East Reaction to Trump Victory Varies Widely“. Then I thought to myself, ‘Well maybe I should share this in my family chat’.

Then, I went to watch the news video. Within 30 seconds of the video, I was led to make a post about this. It started just as a share on Facebook with friends with the links, then a video and here we are. So let me share the scripture, then a part of the news video.

Again, all I am doing is sharing a series of coincidences uninterpreted.
